One month and 3 days!

Today we went to the doctor and Celeste weighs 10 lbs and 4 oz a hefty 1 lb 6 oz heaver than 20 days ago! She is also 22 in long now growing 1.5 in from her last visit. The doctor started her on vitamins to ensure that she is getting enough vitamin D (According to our pediatrician vitamin D does not excrete in breast milk very well and because we are not giving her any formula she needs the extra). Celeste isn't sure if she likes them yet. She got her second Hepatitis B shot today and did not like that at all. Poor baby :( she cried a lot, but I think Mom cried more!

Celeste's Milestones for month one:
She now notices her mobile in her bassinet.
She now notices the mirror above her swing.
She can hold her head up for as long as 16 sec at a time.
She can slowly place her head down after holding her head up rather than plopping it down.
She can make tears (towards the end of this month) when she is really upset.
